
Classes are a great way to have a fun dynamic workout and to build club commandery. Here at All In One Fitness we have designed “boutique” style classes that keep the numbers small and the focus on fun, effective, safe workouts.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Spinning – Take a virtual ride with us in this great calorie burning and high toning class. Our instructor will take you on a ride through imaginary woods, up and over mountains and rolling hills with inspiring music. You will put the power to the pedals and feel the endorphins flowing high while working your cardio. This is perfect for a high intensity cardio workout, but also adjustable by each person by modifying the bike resistance to fit your fitness level. In this 45 min. class you can burn an estimated 350-750 calories depending on your intensity level.
Body Sculpt – Sculpt your muscles with this fun, strength building workout. This class incorporates small apparatus such as dumbbells, kettle-bells, medicine balls, resistance tubes, barbells, battle ropes, and jump ropes to build nice muscle tone and cardio conditioning. This is a well rounded workout that will get your metabolism going and move you in the direction of obtaining your fitness goals. In this 45 min. class you can burn an estimated average of 350-500 calories.
Body Suspension – The principle of this class is using your own body weight as your resistance as you work with suspended straps. By holding on to these straps and being coached through a series of movements such as back rows, curls, tricep presses, squats, chest presses, shoulder presses, planks and more you will build strength, balance, core stability, while improving strength, body tone and overall conditioning. This class also uses short burst of cardio intervals to get the heart rate up and challenge your cardiovascular system at the same time. . In this 35 min. class you can burn an average of 300-500 calories depending on your intensity level.
Aeroba-cize – This is the best class for the dance enthusiast. Remember the good old Jane Fonda times? Well this class will having you moving and grooving with all the popular moves such as the grape-vine, ride the pony, and more. Put your head band on and let’s work those calories off like we did in the old times. You instructor will combine funky, jazzing, dance like moves to super hip music for your cardio aspect and then will implement some great floor exercises, such as mat-pilates and core stabilization exercises to build strength and stability in the mid-section. You will have alot of fun swinging your booty in this workout. In this class you can burn an estimated average of 350-500 calories depending on your intensity level.
Balletone – If you enjoy gracious ballet moves infused with general fitness that let your muscles know you worked them, this class is for you. The Balletone system began to gain popularity in 2002 for its use of dance postures, especially those of ballet, to provide a workout for it practitioners. The motions also ensure that you are always engaging your core muscles developing stability and balance along with strength. Our instructor will take you through a flowing routine that will leave you feeling lengthen, strengthen and energized. In this class you can burn as estimated 350-600 calories depending on your intensity level.
Booty-Kick – In our boot camp style class we implement boot camp style movements such as lunges, squats, push-ups, jumping rope, medicine ball thrust, and more but we do it by making sure that the exercises are fitness-appropriate for your level – unlike other boot-camp classes you may find. Guaranteed to give you a body pumping, excellent workout leaving you with sweat on your brow but a smile on your face. In this class you can burn an estimated average of 450-700 calories depending on your intensity level.
Yoga – Our yoga class caters to every level as we will show you modified versions of every pose. The whole principle of Yoga is built on three main structures: exercise, breathing and meditation. The exercises of Yoga are designed to put pressure on the glandular system of the body, thereby increasing efficiency and total well-being. After our Yoga class you will feel that your have targeted every muscle in your body while having the sensation of deep relaxation and wellness. In this class you can burn an estimated average of 135-480 calories depending on your intensity level.
Spin&Circuit - This early morning class knows that we are often pressed for time and need a workout that can give us both a cardio and strength workout together. If you like “Spinning” but would like to maximize your time getting strength training as well, this early morning class is for you. Great music, great ride, great workout. In this class you burn and estimated average of 350-650 calories depending on your intensity level.
