PICKING YOUR TRAINING PACKAGE


It is now time to decide which package will work best for your needs. We offer several different training packages to choose from and they are as follows:

INTRO PACKAGE
This package consists of 3-one hour training sessions and is a good introduction to working with a trainer.

8-WEEK JUMP START
This program really gives you a solid foundation to see improvements in your strength, body tone, flexibility, cardio and more.
(16 - one hour sessions meeting twice a week)

16-WEEK LIFESTYLE CHANGE PROGRAM
Research shows that it takes 3 months, minimum two times a week, to establish a healthy habit of regular exercise so that it becomes a part of your life.
(32 - one hour sessions meeting twice a week)

24-WEEK MASTER PROGRAM
This package gives the biggest price break while making a commitment to building your training foundation, developing execise as a life long habit, and to see and feel the results you set out to achieve.
(48 - one hour sessions meeting twice a week)

YOUR TRAINING PROGRAM

Your program may include components from the following areas depending on your goals:
  • Power Mat Pilates - This program focuses on developing a strong "powerhouse" which means developing strength and integrity in the pelvic, abdominal and shoulder girdle regions. All exercises are done on the floor mat and will include progression to using small apparatus tools.
  • Abs/Butt and Legs - This program focuses on all three areas. We work on developing a strong, functional mid-section that helps tone and reduce body fat. A lot of emphasis is placed on training your abdominals (and back), as well as training your legs, which indirectly target the glutes. This program also incorporates a cardio component.
  • Total Body Define - This program focuses on toning and firming the entire body. Exercises are comprised of weight training, circuit training, cardio training, and nutritional guidance. This program addresses the body as a whole, giving you balance throughout while firming and toning.
  • Stretch and Tone - This program focuses on not only toning your body through weight training coupled with cardio training, but also has a large component of stretching. This lengthens the muscles and achieves proper muscle tension to help improve circulation. It also helps reduce muscle tension due to tight muscles, and promotes muscle symmetry.

    Lifestyle/Weight Management Program

    This program is designed to help you take charge of your nutrition and ultimately of your weight. We design a plan that helps you to understand the foods you eat, why you eat them, and what your body needs. This program consists of:
    • Nutrition assessment
    • Goal Assessment
    • Daily log of foods eaten
    • Discussion of calories, macronutrients, and metabolic requirements
    • Weekly check-in to discuss progress, overcome obstacles, and ensure progress

    Injury Recovery Program

    This program works with old or recent injuries. We assess your body and look at the kinetic chain (the entire skeletal and muscular system as one unit) and possible compensations that have occurred due to the injury. We develop a workout program that will help you train your neuromuscular system, focusing on corrective flexibility, core stabilization, neuromuscular stabilization, and integrated stabilization training. We will re-train the body to hold proper alignment and function correctly by overcoming overcompensation habits.

    Myoskeletal Body Work

    This is a bodywork technique that helps align the body by developing symmetry between muscles and encouraging bony structures to retain proper alignment. In this work we use soft tissue (including bone) techniques to release muscles that are over-stimulated and in a constant state of tension either by being contracted or over-stretched, and to identify muscles that are weak and inhibited. When tight muscles overpower weak structures, the uneven pulling continually distorts the skeletal framework.

    Online Training

    Do you have a gym that you already belong to but lack motivation and are not seeing the results you would like? Then this program may be for you. With this program we meet with you at our studio, perform an assessment and design a program that will help you achieve your goals. We will take you through the recommended exercises and show you how to perform them safely and effectively. You will then take the program and perform the exercises at your gym/studio or at home. We will check in with you bi-monthly and help you make adjustments as you go. In a nutshell here is what you get:
    • Assessment
    • Goal setting
    • Program design
    • Program walk-through so you know how to perform the exercises
    • Bi-monthly update via email
    • One personal training session in our studio per month
