We have several different training packages for you to choose from. After the assessment your trainer will help you determine which program package will best meet your needs.
Working with a trainer may be the best thing you have ever done for your health. We work with you to develop your strengths and abilities. Our experienced trainers will help educate, motivate, and create the body and healthy lifestyle you want. The experience you gain from working with one of our trainers will show you a whole new level of health and fitness and empower you to start living life to its fullest potential.
PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
Our training sessions are personalized and tailored specifically to your needs. The sessions are an hour in length and our programs range from an introductory package to a six month master program. Prior to any program design we begin with an assessment.
THE ASSESSMENT
Your assessment will consist of a meeting with your trainer to discuss your goals, your exercise history, your nutritional understanding, and any medical concerns there may be. Following the information exchange, your trainer will bring you to the fitness floor to have you perform a few testing exercises that will provide information regarding the strengths and weaknesses in your body, any myoskeletal alignment concerns, and your neuromuscular control.
At this time, your trainer will the program he or she would put together for you based on the information you shared and what was observed. It is our aim to not only help you reach your goals, but to design a program that is safe and helps you to develop a strong, injury free, functional body that can stand the test of time.
