I am a 28 year old insulin dependant diabetic that has spent the better part of the last 5-7 years of my life focusing all of my time on work and very little on my health. My weight (195lbs.) and insulin consumption had increased dramatically over that period. I walked in to All-In-One fitness one day to see what they had to offer. I immediately noticed the good vibe and great approach that they were taking to fitness. The studio is clean and comfortable, and the trainers are excellent. Their motivating approach, attention to detail and ability to tailor a fitness program to their clients needs is second to none.
After training with Jasmine for the first 3 months (1-2 times / week) I had lost 20lbs. of fat put on 5lbs. of muscle and with an easy dietary adjustment was able to almost eliminate entirely my dosages of insulin at meals. I’ve been really pleased with the entire experience since coming to All In One Fitness and starting training with my trainer. She’s very motivating. She works me (REALLY) hard, but I can actually say that she makes working out fun (and I never thought I’d say that!). I’ve also learned a lot about working out that I can take to my solo workouts. I don’t think it would be exaggerating to say that one of my work outs now is like three of my old workouts! Best of all, I can feel and see the benefits of my workouts in my energy level and the way my clothes fit. After turning 70 I realized I needed outside help to maintain my not-too-shabby fitness level to continue windsurfing and skiing well and safely. “Six months ago when I started training with Kirk I could only do 30 seconds on the elliptical. Last week I could do 30 minutes without stopping! I belonged to 4 exercise facilities before I found All In One Fitness. I’ve finally found a trainer who has been able to create a program that is both challenging and works around the various limitations and injuries I have (several of which are the result of previous training elsewhere). I like the intimate, casual, yet professional atmosphere. They even change up the music for my, uh, mature taste. This is not a cheap studio, but is definitely a bargain.
