Kirk utilizes advanced movement analysis to assess various sites of muscular weakness, muscular and fascial tightness, and muscular imbalances within the human body. When designing a personal fitness program for you Kirk designs a truly unique and varied strength and flexibility program that will bring your body into a state of balance.
Kirk has experience working with a range range of clients helping them achieve their goals in: Weightloss, Postural Correction, Post-Rehabilitative Exercise, Increased Lean Muscle Mass, Improved Sport Performance, and Injury Prevention.
