I have been a long time health and fitness enthusiast. As early as 12, I dispensed nutrition information to my family and friends. While playing sports in high school, I began to lift weights. That introduction sparked a “love affair” that has lasted for almost 15 years. I began to get involved with bodybuilding at age 18 and quickly loved how my body changed.

My jobs have given me a variety of clients, but had the biggest success with people new to exercise, people seeking to lose weight and those wanting to gain muscle. I am known for my intense, butt-kicking workouts (watch out if I am wearing the military fatigues – I mean business that day!).

My passion for fitness is something I love to share with my clients. When you train with me, you become my friend and I become invested in both your fitness and personal goals. Living a healthy life should not be drudgery, but rather a fun journey to ensure that you are fit for success!
